About the service

LRS Home Request LLC is a Denver property records service. We request and compile the documents that sit behind one address: deeds and transfer history, permit history, assessment history, plat and parcel references, and index-level lien and judgment searches, delivered as a single organised file. This website publishes information about that work and accepts enquiries. Deed and transfer history, Permit history, Assessment history, Plat and parcel research, Lien and judgment index lookups, Neighbourhood change timeline.

No transactions on this website

This website does not sell goods or services and does not accept payment of any kind. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance by payment, and no contract is formed by reading, contacting or corresponding with us. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use this site on behalf of yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.

Acceptable use
